J. Kenwell Stewart was raised just outside of New York City in Connecticut . After high school he made his way out to California for a couple years before completing his Undergraduate Studies in Florida. Upon completion he made his way back up north for Graduate Studies.
Degrees:
After completing school, J. Kenwell made his way back out west landing in Seattle. He spent four years in Seattle working on his Manuscript, When People Leave You, a YA story about loss of Innocence. On the side he coached youth athletics while also working in a middle school and doing retail. He is now back in Florida where he likes to write on his back porch or read by the pool.
J. Kenwell has been trained in various forms of writing:
A veteran of four Cross-country trips among numerous localized road trips, J. Kenwell enjoys seeking lesser explored towns and roads or the more mysterious corners of major cities. He has a knack for getting to know and learn from all different kinds of people.

J. Kenwell can always be found with a book nearby for emergency idle situations, but when he is not reading or writing he enjoys following his favorite sports teams and seeking out live music. He has spent his entire life around pools, but also likes to be near natural bodies of water. His other form of artistic outlet is creating collages on posterboard.
